Lords of the Fallen Anniversary Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This document (“Terms”) describes the terms and conditions of the Lords of the Fallen Anniversary Giveaway (“Promotion”). This Promotion is organized by CI Games S.E. (“Promoter”), a Polish company with its registered office in Warsaw.
2. Eligibility
Promotion is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States, United Kingdom and European Union, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have full legal capacity to independently enter into legal transactions, including binding contracts, in accordance with local law (“Participant”).
Employees of Promoter and its subsidiaries, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process, submits automated entries, or otherwise violates these Terms. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, Participants must follow the instructions provided in the official giveaway social media post on the Promoter’s channel. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
Limit: one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified. All entries must be complete and are subject to verification by the Promoter. By submitting an entry, the Participant agrees to these Terms and the Promoter’s decisions regarding the Promotion.
Entries may not contain content that is sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, illegal, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 16 March 2026 at 10:00 AM CET and ends on 22 March 2026 at 10:00 AM CET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. Prize The Promoter will award a prize to one (1) Participant. The prize consists of one (1) Lords of the Fallen Collector’s Edition. The approximate retail value of the prize is $249.99 USD (or local equivalent).
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner may not request cash or an alternative prize unless required by law. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All prizes are awarded “as is,” without warranty or guarantee.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Entry Period ends. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform through which they entered.
The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Delivery of Prize
The winner may be required to provide a valid delivery address or email for prize fulfillment. The Promoter is not responsible for undeliverable prizes due to incorrect information provided by the winner.
8. Data Protection & Privacy The personal data controller is CI Games S.E., Rondo Daszyńskiego 2B, 00-843 Warsaw, Poland.
Participants' personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering the Promotion and delivering the prize.

9. General Conditions The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or any factors beyond its control that compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
10. Intellectual Property All intellectual property belonging to the Promoter, including logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, remains the exclusive property of CI Games S.E.
11. Platform Disclaimer This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Polish law. Void where prohibited.
