Lords of the Fallen Xbox Anniversary Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This document (“Terms”) describes the terms and conditions of the Lords of the Fallen Xbox Anniversary Giveaway (“Promotion”). This Promotion is organized by CI Games S.E. (“Promoter”), a Polish company with its registered office in Warsaw.

2. Eligibility

Promotion is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States, United Kingdom and European Union, who reach the age of 18 or older at the time of entry and have full legal capacity to independently enter into legal transactions, including binding contracts, in accordance with local law (“Participant”).

Employees of Promoter and its subsidiaries, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the Promotion, and to take any other action it deems appropriate, any Participant who, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, tampers with the Promoter’s website or the entry process, intentionally submits automated or mechanical entries, or otherwise violates these Terms. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, Participants must follow the instructions provided in the official giveaway social media post on the Promoter’s channel. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind does not increase your chances of winning.

Limit: one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified. All entries must be complete and are subject to verification by the Promoter, in its sole discretion. By submitting an entry for Promotion, Participant indicates its full agreement to these Terms and to the Promoter’s decisions regarding the Promotion, which are final and binding. The award of any prize is contingent upon the Participant’s fulfilment of all requirements set out in these Terms. Promoter reserves the right to modify the timing of the Promotion.

Entries may not contain any content that is sexually explicit; unnecessarily violent; derogatory toward any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional, or age group; or that promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, or any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous. Entries must not violate any law or infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy or publicity, or other intellectual property or legal rights of any person or entity.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 15 November 2025, 10:00 AM CET and ends on 29 November 2025, 10:00 AM CET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. Prizes

Sponsor will award prizes to up to 30 Participants. The prize consists of 15 digital or physical Xbox copies of Lords of the Fallen. The odds of winning vary depending on the number of eligible Participants.

A winner may not request cash or any alternative prize, unless required by law. However, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter’s determination is final and binding, and shall not be subject to appeal. All prizes are awarded “as is,” without any warranty or guarantee, whether express or implied. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, substitutions, or for any act or omission of any kind relating to the prize.

The winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed in these Terms, if applicable. Failure to comply with these Terms will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Entry Period ends. Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform through which they submitted their entry. Winners must respond within 72 hours of receiving the message to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Delivery of Prize

Winners may be required to provide a valid delivery email/address for prize fulfilment. Winners may be required to show proof that they are the authorized account holder of the account used to enter the Promotion.

The Promoter is not responsible for any failure of a selected winner to receive a prize notification, or for any failure of the Promoter to receive a selected winner’s response, regardless of the cause. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable prizes due to incorrect information provided by the winner. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

The Participants’ personal data controller is CI Games S.E. with its registered seat in Warsaw, Poland, Rondo Daszyńskiego 2B, 00-843 Warsaw. Participants' personal data (such as contact information) will be processed for the purpose of carrying out a Promotion organized by the Promoter, in particular for the purpose of contacting Participants, assessing submissions and prizes delivery.

The Promoter respects privacy rights i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete data, limit its processing, transfer it, a right not to be a subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and to object to the processing personal data. The Participants' personal data will be processed for the period necessary to settle the Promotion. The storage period of personal data may be extended each time by the period of the statute of limitations for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the Promoter to pursue possible claims or defend against such claims.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Promotion. Without providing data, participation in the Promotion is not possible.

9. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Terms, or cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion without prior notice to Participants, for any reason, including without limitation: fraud, technical malfunctions, misconduct, or unauthorized intervention; corruption or threatened corruption, or the inability to properly administer the Promotion or any other factor that affects the Promotion. The Promoter shall not have any further liability to any Participant in connection with the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost, or injury that arises from any occurrence, event or condition outside its control that may result from or affect the Promotion or the prize or cause the Promotion to be disrupted, suspended or corrupted.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding, and shall not be subject to appeal.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property of the Promoter, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, promotional materials, designs, source codes, slogans, and representations is the exclusive property of the Promoter. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of the Promoter’s intellectual property without the Promoter’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.

This Promotion is not sponsored, co-sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Xbox, Microsoft, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform.

12. Governing Law

The Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with Polish law. Void where prohibited.
